TikTok & Instagram Manager + Video Editor (Reels/Shorts) – Construction/Renovation (E2P Paris/Neuilly)

We are E2P, a premium painting & renovation company in Paris/Neuilly (France). We film real job sites (before/after, process, details) and we want consistent, high-quality content to dominate our local market.
We need ONE long-term person who will manage our short-form content from A to Z: editing + posting + growth.
Your responsibilities
Edit 10–20 vertical videos/week (TikTok + Instagram Reels), 15–45 seconds
Create strong hooks (first 1–2 seconds), fast pacing, clean cuts
Add subtitles (we can provide the French text if needed)
Music selection + audio leveling (clean sound)
Write captions + hashtags
Schedule and post content on TikTok + Instagram
Maintain a simple content calendar
Weekly report: views, watch time, best videos, what to improve
Requirements (must have)
Strong short-form editing skills (Reels/TikTok/Shorts)
Experience managing TikTok and/or Instagram accounts (posting + strategy)
Tools: CapCut + (Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve)
Reliable internet and consistent delivery
Language
French is a bonus, not required. You can communicate in English. We can provide French captions if needed.
Hiring process
We will choose 3 candidates for a paid test (1 reel 25–35 sec).
Then we hire 1 person long-term.
