Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on outbound lead generation specialist with real, proven experience building high-quality lead lists. This is not a theory or strategy role — you must actively generate leads and clearly explain how you do it.
Clear output requirements will be set, and continuation depends entirely on results.
What You Must Be Able to Explain Clearly
In your proposal, you must clearly explain:
Lead source experience:
B2B or B2C (specify which and for what industries)
Tools you have actually used:
(Examples: LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, scraping tools, enrichment tools, etc.)
Daily volume standards:
How many leads per day you typically produce
How you ensure accuracy and relevance
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on outbound lead generation experience (not theoretical)
- Ability to walk through your exact process step-by-step, from ICP definition to final lead delivery
- Strong attention to detail
- Clean, well-structured data
- Correct ICP targeting
- No missing or incorrect fields
- Ability to follow instructions precisely without repeated clarification loops
- Comfortable working under clear performance expectations
- Short trial task (Not more than 10 mins)
Specific output requirements will be defined
Failure to meet quality or volume standards will result in termination of the trial
Successful trial ? potential ongoing work
Nice to Have (Optional)
Experience with multiple industries or niches
Familiarity with CRM-ready data formatting
Experience working with sales teams or outbound campaigns
