We are a collection of two international e-commerce watch brands seeking a Customer Support VA & Manager to take full ownership of our customer support operations.
This role starts hands-on but is designed to evolve into a management position, overseeing processes, systems, and additional support staff as the brand scales.
Requirements:
- Prior eCommerce Customer Service experience
- Experience with Zendesk is a must.
- Fluent level of English.
- Shopify experience (orders side)
- Interest in the watch industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and communicate between the team.
- Available 9am-5pm Philippines time Monday-Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling
- Liaise with suppliers, fulfillment partners, and internal teams when required
- Resolve customer issues calmly and professionally while protecting brand reputation
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
- Create, update, and optimise support SOPs, macros, and templates
- Deal with chargebacks & refunds.
This will be a full-time role starting immediately, with opportunity to grow as we expand bigger, and bonuses awarded if consistent good work.
