GoHighLevel Automation Builder (AI Chat + Workflows)

We are a small automation agency using GoHighLevel to build AI chat agents and workflows for service-based businesses.
We are looking for a GoHighLevel Automation Builder who can build, edit, and maintain workflows, AI chats, and CRM automations.

This role is focused on execution inside GoHighLevel.

This is not a sales or customer support role.

What You Will Be Doing
• Building GoHighLevel workflows
• Editing and personalizing workflows
• Creating and updating AI chat agents
• Writing and editing AI prompts inside GHL
• Connecting:
• Forms ? workflows ? pipelines
• AI chat ? calendar ? CRM
• Setting up missed call text back
• Testing automations and AI chats
• Fixing broken or misfiring workflows

Required Skills
• Experience with GoHighLevel workflows and triggers
• Experience editing and personalizing automations
• Experience building AI chat agents in GoHighLevel
• Comfortable with if/then logic, waits, and conditions
• Able to test and troubleshoot your own work
