JOB OVERVIEW

We run a growing home care business that helps seniors live longer, healthier, and more independent lives in their own homes. We’re focused on results, sustainability, and long-term growth—not hype, vanity metrics, or shortcuts.

We’re looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant who understands how websites, SEO, Google Business Profiles, and marketing systems work together to consistently generate qualified inquiries and phone calls.

This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy-only role.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Website Management

Maintain and update our website (pages, content, basic UX improvements)

Ensure site speed, mobile optimization, and basic technical SEO hygiene

Implement landing pages or service pages that support local lead generation

SEO (Local & On-Page)

On-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking)

Local SEO focused on service areas

Keyword research with intent (calls & inquiries, not traffic for traffic’s sake)

Monitor rankings and make adjustments based on performance

Google Business Profile (GBP)

Optimize and manage Google Business Profile(s)

Weekly posts, photos, and updates

Review monitoring and response support

Track GBP insights and actions (calls, direction requests, clicks)

Digital & Phone Call Marketing

Support digital campaigns designed to generate phone calls, not just clicks

Assist with call tracking setup and basic reporting

Help optimize ads, landing pages, and messaging based on call quality

Coordinate simple follow-ups or workflows tied to inbound calls

Reporting & Accountability

Weekly reporting on:

Website performance

SEO progress

Google Business activity

Calls and inquiries generated

Flag what’s working, what’s not, and what needs fixing

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience managing:

Websites (WordPress or similar)

Local SEO

Google Business Profiles

Solid understanding of call-driven local marketing

Comfortable using tools like:

Google Search Console

Google Analytics

Call tracking tools

SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar)

Strong attention to detail and follow-through

You’re a Good Fit If You:

Care more about results than buzzwords

Can execute without constant hand-holding

Think in systems, not random tasks

Are comfortable being measured on outcomes

Communicate clearly and honestly when something isn’t working

Not a “post on social media and hope” role

Not a branding or influencer role

Not a place for shortcuts, spammy SEO, or fake metrics
