JOB OVERVIEW

The company is Vansaint Management and Private equity co,. We help with Managing and scaling multiple companies at once. This role is not a task only VA role this is a core support role designed to protect the CEO/Founders time organize priorities and ensure that the CEO/Founder is aware with everything that's going on with the team and keeping up with the documentation part of things. This role is a sidekick role that filter between chaos and clarity . Hours will change from part time to full time and from full time to part time depending on priorities at VanSaint Management Tea ---------- mbers work is greatly appreciated and Rewarded from Consistency. This role is different because your not just a "VA" your a trusted partner and if all does well you will grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the CEO/Founder calendars,meetings and scheduling.
-D ---------- which meetings are accepted,Declined or postponed
-Prepare meeting agendas (most important to least important)
-Maintain meetings notes and action items
-Collect ideas sent via text/email and organize them by priority
-Track follow ups with developers,contractors, and partners
-Keep weekly summary of what matters most
-Ensure the founder only sees important,actionable information
-Attending Weekly meetings
-Active on WhatsApp

What you will not be doing
-No old calling
-No sales outreach
-No technical work

*Excellent Writing and Speaking in English
*Strong organization and prioritization skills
*Pro active and strong communicator (You don't wait to be told everything)
