JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team in a key role focused on direct customer support and office operational activities.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing customer support through WhatsApp and direct communication channels
- Providing daily assistance to clients with clear, fast, and effective communication
- Contract entry and management
- Updating price lists, documents, and operational data
- Handling administrative and organizational back-office tasks

Required skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Excellent confidence using WhatsApp (including WhatsApp Business)
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Daily use of Google Docs and Google Sheets
- High level of accuracy, autonomy, and organizational skills
- A smart, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
