Bilingual (English & Spanish) Inside Sales Agent (ISA)

Job Overview

We are hiring a Bilingual Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to support a Florida-based real estate broker. This role focuses on re-engaging old and inactive leads, primarily through texting, with some calling. You will work with a large existing database and transfer qualified opportunities to multiple agents.

Responsibilities

- Re-engage old and inactive leads from a 13,000+ contact database
- Contact leads via texting (primary) and phone calls
- Work Zillow Flex leads and follow up consistently
- Update lead notes, statuses, and follow-ups in the CRM
- Qualify leads and transfer them to the appropriate agents
- Set appointments for 15 Realtors
- Handle approximately 150–300 leads per month
- Maintain consistent follow-up and activity tracking

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Hands-on Zillow Flex experience
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA)
- Comfortable re-engaging cold or inactive leads
- Strong texting, follow-up, and communication skills
- Able to work with a direct, fast-paced broker
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

Preferred (Nice to Have, Not Required)

- Experience supporting a Florida-based real estate broker or team
- Experience handling large databases and high-volume follow-ups
