JOB OVERVIEW

Important: Please apply ONLY if you have direct, hands-on experience in the US Short-Term Rental market
About the Role

We are expanding aggressively into the US Short-Term Rental (STR) market and are looking for a highly experienced Virtual Assistant who has already worked in the US STR space.

This role is not for beginners or general real estate VAs.

We are specifically looking for someone who has practical experience sourcing STR properties, analyzing US markets, understanding regulations, and supporting deal execution. You will work directly with the founder and play a key role in building and scaling our US portfolio.

If you have not worked with US-based STR properties, Airbnb/Vrbo in the US, or STR deal sourcing, this role is not a fit.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct deep market research on US STR markets, including regulations, zoning rules, seasonality, ADR, occupancy, and comps.

Source STR-friendly properties in the US through landlord outreach, rental arbitrage searches, MLS research, and direct owner communication.

Analyze deals using AirDNA, Mashvisor, AllTheRooms, or similar STR data tools.

Identify buildings and cities that are STR-permitted or STR-friendly.

Coordinate outreach to US landlords, brokers, agents, and property owners.

Prepare deal summaries, financial projections, and feasibility reports.

Maintain a structured pipeline of potential STR deals with clear follow-ups.

Support the founder with research, presentations, and expansion planning.

Manage spreadsheets, documentation, and reports related to US STR growth.

Mandatory Experience & Requirements (Please Read Carefully)

Mandatory:

Proven experience working in the US Short-Term Rental market.

Hands-on experience with Airbnb and/or Vrbo listings in the US.

Direct involvement in property sourcing, rental arbitrage, or STR investment analysis.

Strongly Preferred:

Experience using AirDNA, Mashvisor, AllTheRooms, or similar STR analytics tools.

Knowledge of US STR regulations, zoning laws, and city-specific rules.

Experience communicating with US landlords, brokers, or property managers.

Do NOT apply if:

Your experience is only outside the US.

You have only managed guest communication without deal sourcing or analysis.

You are new to short-term rentals or still learning the STR space.

Skills

Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Strong analytical, research, and financial evaluation skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Comfortable working independently and closely with the founder.

Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup.

Long-term mindset with interest in growing into a core tea ---------- mber.

What We Offer

Competitive salary based on actual US STR experience.

Long-term role with clear growth potential.

Direct exposure to strategic decision-making with the founder.

Stable, professional remote working environment.

Opportunity to become a key contributor in a growing US STR portfolio.

How to Apply (Important)

To be considered, you must include:

Your updated resume.

A short note clearly explaining your US Short-Term Rental experience.

Examples of US STR deals, properties, or markets you have worked on.

Applications without clear US STR experience will not be reviewed.
