JOB OVERVIEW

Full Ownership. High Trust. Long Term.

We manage the full Amazon channel for established brands.
This is not a junior role.
This is not a coordination role.
This is not a place to “learn Amazon”.

We are looking for an experienced Amazon operator who knows how brands think, understands the business behind the Seller Central dashboard, and can step into full ownership without hand-holding.

The Role
As an Amazon Account Manager, you will own the day-to-day health and execution of Amazon businesses we manage. You will act as the internal brand owner, with full visibility across account health, catalog accuracy, inventory risk, traffic performance, and conversion quality.

You will not be creating strategy alone, and you will not be executing every task yourself. You will ensure that nothing slips, execution is tight, specialists are aligned, and leadership always has a clear, accurate picture of the account.

This role requires confidence, judgment, and accountability.


This Role Is For You If
? You have managed Amazon Seller Central accounts hands-on for years
? You understand margins, cash flow, and inventory pressure
? You think in outcomes, not tasks
? You notice small issues early and act on them
? You can explain Amazon clearly to business owners
? You are comfortable taking responsibility for results
? You want a long-term role where trust increases with performance

This Role Is Not For You If
? You need step-by-step instructions
? You only know PPC or only know listings
? You avoid responsibility for things outside your “lane”
? You are looking for a short-term contract or freelance role
? You want to be managed closely

Requirements
? 3+ years hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience
? Experience managing multiple SKUs or brands simultaneously
? Strong understanding of:
? Account Health and compliance
? Catalog structures and variations
? Inventory planning and stockout risk
? PPC fundamentals and performance drivers
? Conversion rate and listing quality
Agency experience is mandatory.
Business mindset is mandatory.
Brand-side experience is a plus.


What Success Looks Like
? Accounts are stable, clean, and proactively managed
? Issues are identified internally before clients raise them
? Execution across PPC, catalog, and creatives is consistent and high quality
? Leadership trusts your read of the account without double-checking
? Clients feel that their brand is in control
