JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for an experienced Dispute Manager to manage chargebacks and payment disputes for my Shopify store.

This is a part-time, remote role and is NOT suitable for beginners. Please apply only if you have proven, hands-on experience handling disputes for e-commerce stores.

You will be fully responsible for managing disputes across payment processors and submitting professional, well-structured evidence to maximize win rates.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle chargebacks and disputes via Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal (Klarna is a plus)
- Prepare and submit complete dispute evidence (tracking, order details, customer communication, policies)
- Monitor deadlines and ensure 100% on-time submissions
- Identify dispute patterns, fraud activity, and high-risk orders
- Work proactively to reduce future disputes
- Maintain detailed records of dispute outcomes and win rates

Requirements (Mandatory)
- Proven experience managing disputes for Shopify or e-commerce businesses
- Strong knowledge of Stripe, PayPal, and Shopify Payments
- Clear understanding of chargeback reason codes
- Ability to independently build strong dispute cases
- Excellent written English
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Ability to work without supervision

- Part-time position: approximately 2 hours per day (this can vary depending on the workload)
