Product Manager – Functional Skincare (Dermatologist / Clinic Channel)
Location: Philippines
Work Mode: Remote (Work from Home)
Reporting To: Head of Business / Head of Marketing
Travel: Occasional international travel for product launches or industry events, as required

Purpose of the Role
The Product Manager will own the end-to-end lifecycle of one or more functional skincare product lines—from concept and development through launch and ongoing performance.
This role requires:
• Strong scientific understanding
• Solid commercial acumen
• The ability to translate complex formulation and clinical data into compelling professional, digital, and online marketing content
• In addition to the dermatologist and clinic channel, this role requires an understanding of E-commerce and online marketing, ensuring product strategy, messaging, and content are aligned across professional, digital, and direct-to-consumer platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management
• Define and manage product line strategy and roadmap across professional and online channels
• Own product lifecycle management from concept development through launch, optimisation, and phase-out
• Work closely with the Head of Business to align product priorities with overall commercial and growth strategy
Scientific & Clinical Expertise
• Collaborate with R&D and formulation teams to understand active ingredients, mechanisms of action, safety, stability, and regulatory considerations
• Translate scientific, formulation, and clinical data into clear, credible value propositions and claims for professional and digital use
Go-to market & Commercial Execution
• Develop go-to-market plans, including positioning, pricing, channel strategy, and geographic prioritisation
• Ensure consistent and compliant messaging across dermatologist, clinic, distributor, E-commerce, and online marketing channels
• Support product launches across professional and digital platforms
Sales Enablement, Training & Content
• Develop professional sales and training materials, including product dossiers, clinical presentations, talking points, white papers, and digital learning modules
• Support distributor sales and marketing teams with training and product knowledge
• Contribute to digital content strategy, including website content, product pages, online education, and E-commerce assets
E-commerce & Online Marketing Collaboration
• Partner with digital marketing and E-commerce teams to optimise product presentation, claims, and conversion across online platforms
• Ensure product content supports SEO, performance marketing, and customer education while maintaining scientific credibility and regulatory compliance
• Analyse online performance metrics and customer feedback to inform product improvements and innovation opportunities
Market & Performance Management
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, ingredient innovation, regulatory changes, and channel evolution
• Define, track, and report KPIs including revenue, margin, product adoption, repeat usage, online performance, and customer feedback
• Gather insights from dermatologists, clinics, and online customers to drive continuous improvement and pipeline development
Compliance & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure claims, labelling, packaging, and communications meet regional and international standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, regulatory, sales, marketing, and supply chain teams in a remote, global working environment
Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience in skincare, dermatology, cosmeceuticals, or functional beauty products
• Experience working with professional skincare, dermatologist, or clinic channels is strongly preferred
• Strong scientific background (degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, Cosmetic Science, Dermatology, or related field preferred)
• Proven ability to translate technical and clinical information into effective marketing, sales, and digital content
• Exposure to E-commerce, digital marketing, or online product launches is desirable
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across international and cross-functional teams
• Commercial mindset with experience analysing product performance, market data, and customer insights
• Highly organised, self-driven, and effective in a remote-working environment
• Ability to work across multiple time zones with global stakeholders, partners, and teams
