JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking to hire one highly professional, well-spoken individual to handle inbound phone calls for a U.S.-based local services platform.

This is not a call center role and not outbound sales. You will be the first point of contact, gathering basic information and routing calls accurately.

This role starts part-time with light call volume and may expand.

ENGLISH REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

We are only interested in candidates who:

Speak clear, neutral, professional English

Are comfortable speaking with U.S. callers

Can explain information confidently and naturally

You MUST submit a short voice recording to be considered.
