Amazon Admin VA (1-Day Project, English + Taglish)

This is a 1-day project. You will create Loom + Loom-style screen recordings, demonstrating how to complete core admin VA tasks inside an Amazon seller’s business. Videos will be used to build guides and SOPs. You must already have real experience working as an Amazon Admin VA and be able to clearly explain workflows in both English and Taglish.

Requirements:

- Reviewing and validating product leads

- Monitoring new sales, order cancellations, and stranded inventory

- Checking Amazon support case/ticket status and responding professionally

- Managing inventory restock limits and replenishment planning

- Repricing and identifying pricing or shipment defects

- Monitoring store feedback, customer complaints, and defect rates

- Reconciling FBA inbound performance, IPI, and API access permissions

- Tracking reimbursement, refunds, and 60/91-day return cases

- Verifying FBA shipments and cut-off dates before processing

- Managing gift card balance checks and gift card charge reconciliation

- Handling bills, invoice authenticity issues, and general admin finance tracking

- Using Google Voice for account or buyer communication

- Downloading 1099-K, year-to-date reports, and renewal of API access

- Communicating confidently in English and Taglish

- Creating professional screen recordings for SOP guides (Loom or similar)
