HR Agent

We are hiring a dedicated HR Agent to support our growing online platform. This role focuses on recruiting, onboarding, and managing hosts while ensuring smooth daily operations and consistent performance.

Responsibilities:
• Recruit and onboard new hosts
• Monitor performance and provide regular guidance
• Assist hosts with daily concerns and platform guidelines
• Manage basic documentation and reports
• Coordinate between hosts and management to ensure smooth communication

Requirements:
• Experience in recruitment, HR, or agency management is an advantage
• Strong communication and people-management skills
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently in a remote setup
