Social Media clipper

About the Role

Vireli is hiring a Social Media Clipper to help build and scale personal-brand clipping accounts for one of our clients. The goal of this role is to turn long-form content into high-performing short-form clips that drive attention, grow niche pages, and funnel viewers into qualified leads and conversions.

This role is ideal for someone who understands TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts culture, knows how clipping ecosystems work, and can edit content with speed, strategy, and intent.

Responsibilities
    •    Create and manage clipping accounts across platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
    •    Clip long-form content (podcasts, interviews, talks, livestreams) into short-form videos
    •    Identify high-retention ---------- nts that are likely to go viral or drive engagement
    •    Add engaging captions, subtitles, hooks, emojis, and visual pacing
    •    Optimize clips for platform-specific algorithms (format, length, hooks, posting style)
    •    Follow Vireli’s brand guidelines and funnel strategy to drive traffic toward lead conversion
    •    Maintain consistent posting schedules across multiple accounts
    •    Track basic performance metrics (views, retention, engagement)
    •    Collaborate with the Vireli team on content direction and optimization

Requirements
    •    Proven experience editing short-form content for TikTok, Reels, or Shorts
    •    Strong understanding of clipping culture and personal brand growth strategies
    •    Ability to spot viral ---------- nts and strong hooks quickly
    •    Proficiency in editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
    •    Experience adding subtitles and dynamic on-screen text
    •    Strong English comprehension (must understand nuance, tone, and timing)
    •    Ability to work independently and hit daily/weekly output targets
    •    Fast turnaround and consistency

    •    Experience managing or growing clipping pages
    •    Understanding of lead funnels, CTAs, and personal branding
    •    Experience with business, finance, coaching, or influencer content
    •    Familiarity with analytics and retention optimization
