Affiliate Specialist & Social Media Associate (Full-Time, Long-Term)

We’re a family-run adult wellness business looking for a full-time, long-term tea ---------- mber to help us manage affiliate promotions and social media posting. This is not a side gig — we want someone loyal, dependable, and excited to grow with us for years to come. Prior experience is a plus, but not required in all areas listed — we’ll train you. What matters most is your English, organization, and follow-through.

Responsibilities:
* Manage affiliate promotions (inbound & outbound)
* Collect & distribute swipes, links, graphics, and schedules
* Track EPC, revenue & report results
* Maintain a master calendar of promotions
* Post & schedule content daily on Instagram, YouTube, Threads, Blue Sky, and LinkedIn
* Manage creative assets (graphics, copy, reels — provided to you)
* Track engagement & growth

Requirements:
- Excellent English (written & spoken)
- Friendly, professional communication
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Loves project management & reporting
- Must work full-time, exclusively with us
- Must use Time Doctor to track hours
