Job Description
As a Forex Analyst / EA Trader at ImperiumEQ, you will focus on the research, development, testing, optimization, and monitoring of automated trading systems (Expert Advisors). This role is centered on algorithmic and AI-assisted trading, not manual trade execution.
You will analyze market conditions, evaluate strategy performance, and continuously improve automated systems using data, backtesting, forward testing, and AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Research and analyze forex market conditions to identify opportunities for automated trading strategies
• Develop, optimize, and manage Expert Advisors (EAs)
• Conduct backtesting and forward testing of trading strategies to evaluate performance and risk
• Monitor live EA performance and adjust parameters as needed
• Set up, manage, and maintain VPS environments for uninterrupted EA operation
• Analyze trading data, drawdowns, and performance metrics to improve system efficiency
• Utilize AI platforms and tools to enhance strategy development, optimization, and market analysis
• Integrate and manage Telegram bots, alerts, and reporting systems for trade monitoring and performance updates
• Maintain detailed records of strategy logic, testing results, and live performance
• Collaborate with the team to refine automated strategies and risk management frameworks
• Stay updated with new AI tools, automation techniques, and algorithmic trading trends

Skills & Qualifications
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Solid understanding of forex market structure, price action, and economic drivers
• Proven experience working with Expert Advisors (EAs)
• Experience in EA research, optimization, backtesting, and forward testing
• Proficiency in using and managing VPS for automated trading
• Strong understanding of risk management for automated systems
• Experience using AI platforms for market analysis, strategy optimization, or automation
• Familiarity with Telegram bots, alerts, and automation workflows
• Proficiency with trading platforms (e.g., MT4/MT5) and related tools
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote, flexible environment

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in algorithmic or systematic trading
• Knowledge of EA coding logic (MQL4/MQL5 or similar)
• Experience integrating APIs, automation tools, or AI-based analytics
• Certifications or formal education in finance, data analysis, or related fields
• Continuous learning mindset with interest in AI, automation, and quantitative trading
