We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and highly efficient Executive Virtual Assistant to support day to day operations and execution across the business.

Role Overview
As an Executive Virtual Assistant at Rehab Engine, you will support operations, marketing execution, outreach, and internal coordination. This role requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently within documented systems.
This is a full time remote role. You will be expected to execute tasks accurately, communicate clearly, and follow SOPs with consistency.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Operational support and internal coordination
Marketing and content support including scheduling and publishing
Outreach and engagement through social platforms and communities
Maintaining tracking sheets, reports, and documentation
Assisting with client onboarding tasks and internal initiatives
Supporting platforms and systems used across the business

Required Skills and Qualifications
Expert level proficiency in GoHighLevel is required
Strong communication skills written and verbal
Ability to work independently and execute tasks efficiently
Highly dependable and consistent with follow through
Comfortable working inside structured SOPs and systems
Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Loom, and content scheduling platforms
Strong attention to detail and professionalism
