???? Hiring Shopify VA – Full Store Builds (FAST)

We’re looking for a experienced Shopify Virtual Assistant who can build complete Shopify stores from scratch — fast and clean.

This is not a beginner role. We want someone who already knows what they’re doing and can execute without hand-holding.

???? What You’ll Be Doing

Building full Shopify stores from scratch

Installing & customizing themes

Adding and organizing products (images, descriptions, variants, pricing)

Setting up collections, navigation, pages (Home, Product, FAQ, Policies, etc.)

Ensuring the store looks professional, trustworthy, and conversion-focused

Delivering stores quickly (speed is extremely important)

? Requirements (IMPORTANT)

Strong experience with Shopify (portfolio or examples required)

Able to build a complete store end-to-end

Works fast without sacrificing quality

Understands what makes a Shopify store look legit and high-converting

Good English communication

Can follow instructions but also think independently

? Nice to Have (Big Plus)

Experience with dropshipping stores

Experience with premium / branded-looking Shopify stores

CRO knowledge (clean layouts, trust elements, product page structure)
