We are looking for a Senior Video Editor with strong creative judgment and paid ad instincts. This role goes beyond execution and requires the ability to structure ads that hold attention and convert.
Responsibilities
1. Lead short-form video ad creation from concept to final delivery
2. Make creative decisions around hooks, pacing, and structure
3. Improve ad performance through better storytelling and flow
4. Edit vertical videos optimized for Meta ads
5. Guide overall creative quality and consistency
Requirements
1. Proven experience editing high-performing paid ads
2. Strong understanding of hooks, retention, and scroll-stopping visuals
3. Advanced pacing, sound design, and storytelling skills
4. Experience working with AI voiceovers and ad scripting
5. High proficiency in professional editing tools
