We are looking for a professional and emotionally perceptive Digital Community Interaction Specialist to manage and respond to direct messages for a high-traffic social media account with a predominantly male audience. Many incoming messages involve expressions of interest, admiration, or a desire for personal connection. The role focuses on thoughtful engagement, positive interaction.
Some responsibilities would include:
-Manage and respond to incoming direct messages in a timely and engaging manner
-Maintain a consistent brand voice while fostering respectful, positive interactions
-Handle a high volume of messages with professionalism and efficiency
-Identify and appropriately address inappropriate or boundary-crossing messages
-Escalate or flag notable interactions when required
-Protect account privacy and maintain confidentiality
Requirements:
-Strong written communication and conversational skills
-High emotional intelligence and situational awareness
-Ability to adopt and maintain a defined online persona
-Comfort engaging with individuals expressing romantic or personal interest (within guidelines)
-Dependable availability and stable internet connection
-Experience in customer engagement, moderation, or social media support is a plus
