Probolsky Research is a market and opinion research firm that serves public agencies and private-sector clients across the United States. We run a fast-moving business that depends on strong execution, clear thinking, and repeatable workflows. This role is a force multiplier to scale the team's output.

You will build our "Business Operating System." You'll design AI-powered trackers and automated project stacks that replace manual work with AI-infused, consistent workflows.

You will produce morning action plans, evening wrap ups, weekly “what we shipped” summaries, and forward thinking reports on future work

Required

You are not shy
Experience building business operations processes
Willingness to correct leadership when they are wrong
Strong spoken and written English skills
Can turn messy inputs into amazing work product
Have AI fluency in practice, including prompt creation, and a willingness to learn about and experiment with AI agents and automations
Comfort working directly with an executive in a rapid, iterative working style
Comfort working Pacific Time hours

Preferred: Experience in professional services (law, consulting, research, or creative agencies) where the deliverable is knowledge work

Compensation and benefits

45,000–55,000 per month to start, full-time
Quarterly self-performance reviews provide a clear path to promotions
