Online Engagement & Messaging Assistant (Remote)

We are seeking a reliable and emotionally intelligent Online Engagement & Messaging Assistant to manage direct message (DM) conversations for a high-visibility social media account with a large male follower base. Many followers initiate conversations expressing interest, admiration, or a desire for connection. Your role will be to respond thoughtfully, maintain positive engagement, and represent the account’s tone and likeability. We want to keep conversation going as much as possible.

Some responsibilities would include:
-Respond to incoming direct messages from followers in a timely and engaging manner
-Maintain friendly, respectful, and appropriate conversation aligned with brand guidelines
-Manage high message volume efficiently while preserving message quality
-Recognize and de-escalate inappropriate or overly personal interactions
-Log or flag notable interactions when necessary
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Bonuses beyond the listed salary will be given dependent on performance.
