Part-Time WordPress / Elementor Publishing Assistant (10 Drafts per Week)

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-focused part-time WordPress assistant to help set up and prepare blog pages across our websites.

This role is not writing and not SEO strategy.
Your job is to carefully upload and format content exactly as provided, using WordPress and Elementor Pro, then save pages as drafts for review.

This role suits someone looking for steady, long-term part-time work, such as a parent or caregiver working from home.

What you’ll do

Create blog pages in WordPress using Elementor Pro

Paste and format provided content (headings, spacing, layout)

Add images using simple prompts or instructions provided

Insert internal links, meta titles, descriptions, and schema (all provided)

Set featured images and alt text

Save pages as Draft (you do not publish)

Output & Pay

10 completed blog drafts per week

$50 USD per week

Paid based on finished draft pages, not hours

A finished draft means the page is fully set up and ready for review, including:

Content correctly formatted in Elementor

Images and featured image added

Internal links, meta title, description, and schema added as instructed

If a draft is missing items or needs corrections, we’ll send feedback and you’ll update it.
Revisions are part of completing the draft and are not counted as extra work.

If anything is unclear, please ask before marking a draft as finished.

Important notes (please read carefully)

This role is for you personally

Work must not be outsourced, delegated, or subcontracted

No agencies or middle-men

Daily check-in via Skype (short hello / goodnight)

Work is completed steadily across the week (not all at once)

Long-term role for the right person

A paid trial week is required before ongoing work.

Trial Week (Paid)

5 blog drafts

$25 USD total

Same process and expectations as the main role

If the trial goes well, we move to the ongoing role of 10 drafts per week for $50 USD.
