Skyride Auto Services is a growing car rental company based in Columbus, Ohio, focused on providing affordable, reliable vehicles to gig drivers. We specialize in flexible rental terms, no credit checks, and high-touch customer service. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Virtual Assistant to help manage daily operations and support business growth.
Role Overview
As our Executive Virtual Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in keeping the business running smoothly. You’ll handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks while actively engaging potential customers with rental offers. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is detail-oriented, comfortable with outreach, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This is a full time role. Must be willing to work during US business hours.
Job Description:
As the Executive Virtual Assistant, you will manage the essential functions of our car rental business and take an active role in offering rental deals to prospective clients. The ideal candidate should be a go-getter with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Offers: Make a minimum of 50 daily rental offers to prospective customers through phone, or social media platforms.
- CRM Management: Manage and update customer data in CRM platforms (Go High Level, ensuring accurate records and seamless customer follow-ups.
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly via
- Reservation Management: Manage reservations, confirm bookings, and assist with pick-up/drop-off coordination.
- Fleet Management: Track vehicle availability, ensure timely maintenance, and manage any logistical issues.
- Billing & Payments: Process payments, generate invoices, and track all financial records.
- Administrative Tasks: Data entry, document organization, and management of all rental records.
- Scheduling: Coordinate customer appointments, vehicle maintenance, and other business-related schedules.
- Social Media Management: Assist with social media posts, manage online listings, and respond to customer reviews.
- Customer Communication: Regularly communicate updates, offers, and notices to customers.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant (preferred)
- Comfortable making daily outreach and rental offers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM platforms (Go High Level preferred)
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms
- Experience in car rentals, transportation, or the gig economy is a plus
