About Me & the Business
I am a Filipino-British property investor based in the UK.
I run several UK residential property businesses (letting, property management, accounting support, compliance) and I am building them properly — with clear systems, documentation, and long-term structure.
I am not looking for someone with a perfect CV.
I am looking for one reliable person with strong thinking ability, who wants stable work, responsibility, and long-term growth.

This Role Is About Aptitude, Systems Thinking, and Reliability

Experience helps — but how you think matters more than what you’ve done before.
You do NOT need to have:
UK property experience

Letting agent experience

Accounting qualifications

However, it helps if you:
Have a basic understanding of home repairs or refurbishment
(e.g. maintaining your own home, dealing with contractors, or understanding how repairs work)

Can logically understand building or repair issues even if you are not a tradesperson

Are comfortable learning unfamiliar topics and asking sensible, thoughtful questions

I need someone who can understand the reason behind tasks, spot gaps, and help improve workflows — not someone who only follows instructions.
I can teach the business.
I cannot teach reliability, presence, or responsibility.

What You Will Do (In Simple Terms)
Stage 1 – Learn, Validate & Organise (Trial Period)
Learn how the property business operates and why processes are designed the way they are

Review and understand existing SOPs (property, admin, accounting basics)

Help organise and improve systems and documentation

Learn and understand our basic bookkeeping process (Google Sheets–based)

Ask clear, thoughtful questions when something does not make sense and help simplify workflows

Important:
During this stage, your main focus is systems and understanding, not heavy daily operations.
This stage may last 2–3 months, and the trial salary reflects this learning and validation phase.

Stage 2 – Take Responsibility
Help oversee daily admin and property-related tasks

Ensure tasks are completed correctly and consistently

Coordinate follow-ups and updates with clarity and professionalism

Maintain organised records and reports

Communicate issues early and, where possible, suggest practical solutions

Contribute ideas to improve workflows, including how the team works together

Handle basic negotiation and clarification with contractors or service providers in a calm, professional, and structured way

As team changes happen, there may be scope to adjust salary based on the value you bring.

Stage 3 – Grow With the Business
Become a trusted key person in the business

Help improve systems and processes across the team

Represent the business appropriately when dealing with contractors, agents, or service providers

Support the setup of a new UK partnership business

Take part in profit sharing as responsibility and contribution grow

This is not a short-term VA role.
This is a long-term opportunity for the right person.

Are comfortable using Google Workspace and AI tools (Gemini / ChatGPT) to improve workflows
Are comfortable working on a computer for long periods and learning new digital tools (including AI) as part of daily work

This Role Is NOT For You If:

Salary & Growth Path (Very Clear)
Trial period: P10,000
After successful trial: P20,000

Future upside: Profit sharing based on contribution and responsibility
