Instagram Research & Outreach Virtual Assistant (Part-Time, Growth Role)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and social-media-savvy Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support our local advertising outreach. This role begins with Instagram research and lead documentation and has the opportunity to expand into direct outreach, conversation tracking, and appointment setting for the right candidate.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys research, organization, social platforms, and structured communication systems.

Phase 1: Instagram Research & Lead Documentation
During the initial phase, you will:

• Identify local service-based and community-focused businesses on Instagram
• Research approved hashtags, locations, and follower networks we provide
• Collect and document the following:
– Instagram handle
– Business name
– Category (home services, health & wellness, etc.)
– Website or contact link
– Email or phone number if publicly listed
• Organize all information into a shared tracking system
• Flag high-quality or high-potential accounts for review

Accuracy and consistency are critical in this phase.

Phase 2: Instagram DM Outreach (After Approval & Training)
Once accuracy and quality are confirmed, this role may expand to:

• Sending approved direct messages to vetted accounts
• Using pre-written scripts and guidelines (no cold pitching without approval)
• Logging responses and engagement status
• Tagging leads by interest level and follow-up stage
• Supporting appointment-setting workflows

No sales pressure — this is relationship-first outreach.

• Simple CRM or tracking dashboard
• Written SOPs and sample message scripts provided
