Full time Sales and Office Admin/Acounting needed ASAP
2 years experience in Sales required
Deep knowledge of Quickbooks. Two years of Quickbooks knowledge is a must.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
Must be comfortable on the phone
Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients by telephone and
Maintain Personnel files
Interact and train with personnel
Comply with regulations and company policies.
Coordinate activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
General administrative tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing.
Support bookkeeping procedures
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
