Job description:

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Paid Ads Manager / Agency Manager to oversee our law firm’s paid marketing efforts. This role is responsible for managing relationships with external advertising agencies, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring all paid campaigns align with ethical standards and business objectives. The ideal candidate has strong experience in paid digital advertising, agency coordination, and KPI-driven performance management.

Key Responsibilities

Agency Oversight:
Supervise all paid advertising agencies (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
Conduct regular check-ins and strategy sessions with agency partners
Ensure agencies have the resources, assets, and information they need to succeed
Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
Cost per Lead (CPL)
Cost per Opportunity (CPO)
Cost per Deal (CPD)
Evaluate campaign effectiveness and ensure metrics are meeting targets or trending positively
Prepare performance reports and present key findings to the Director of Marketing
Creative Review and Compliance:
Review and approve all ad creatives and copy before launch
Ensure all advertising materials comply with legal marketing ethics and internal protocols
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams when necessary
Strategic Input:
Provide insights and recommendations to improve ad performance and ROI
Stay up-to-date with platform changes, advertising trends, and regulatory requirements
Contribute to the overall growth strategy of the firm’s marketing department
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
3+ years of experience managing paid ad campaigns (law firm or professional services experience preferred)
Experience working with or managing marketing agencies
Proficient in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.)
Excellent communication and project management skills
Familiarity with legal advertising rules and ethical guidelines is a plus
Preferred Skills

Experience with CRM and lead tracking tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Ability to manage budgets and allocate spend for maximum ROI
Knowledge of A/B testing, landing page optimization, and retargeting strategies
