Social Media Specialist / Commenter

The Role

We are hiring a Social Media Specialist to actively engage with audiences across social platforms. This role focuses on thoughtful, high quality interaction that helps build visibility, trust, and reach for our brands.

What You’ll Do

Engage daily by commenting, replying, and participating in conversations
Communicate with native English speakers in a natural, human tone
Follow brand voice and engagement guidelines
Participate in relevant conversations to increase visibility and reach
Track daily engagement and basic performance metrics
Support ad hoc tasks related to engagement, community, and audience growth


Requirements

Strong written English. Clear, natural, and confident
Comfortable engaging with native English-speaking audiences
Good understanding of social media tone and culture
Proficient with AI tools to refine and improve brand voice while maintaining human, authentic output
Ability to adapt writing tone and format to each platform
Experience with social media engagement or community management
