Part Time Presentation Designer

We are looking for an experienced Presentation Designer to support the creation of high impact decks for executive, investor, and leadership audiences. This role is focused exclusively on presentation design and requires strong visual storytelling, structure, and polished execution suited for senior level use.

We are currently hiring for one part time Presentation Designer and are also building a talent pool for project based Presentation Designers.

The part time role supports ongoing presentation design work and follows a fixed schedule within the defined weekly hours. For project based roles, contractors may be invited to participate in specific projects when scope, timing, and expertise align. This is not a full time position, and ongoing work is not guaranteed. All project based engagements are offered on a project by project basis.

Role overview

• Part time role, up to 3 hours per day or a maximum of 15 hours per week
• Fixed schedule, with final timing to be confirmed within 6AM to 6PM PST
• 90 day trial contract

What you will be working on

• Designing executive ready presentations with clear narrative flow and visual impact
• Creating and refining slide layouts, templates, and reusable visual systems
• Translating complex or unstructured content into clear, concise, and engaging slides
• Maintaining brand consistency and high quality presentation standards across all decks

What we are looking for

• Proven, hands on experience focused primarily on presentation design
• A portfolio that demonstrates executive, investor, or leadership level presentations
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Google Slides
• Excellent attention to detail, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy

• Relevant portfolio samples that clearly demonstrate direct presentation design experience at the level and years required in the job description. Applications that do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
