This position’s primary focus is creating an organized and supportive environment for our team and business specific to the travel industry. Impeccable accuracy and attention to detail are the absolute top priorities in this role. You can easily communicate in an efficient and organized way, both in written and verbal communication. You MUST have experience maintaining accurate client info in a CRM or database. We are looking for someone who goes beyond the script and does it well the first time without relying on AI. You must have proven ability to self manage your priorities and follow up.
$10 per hour to start with an increase based on job performance. Your starting hour would be sometime between the time span 8:00 am to 1:00 pm eastern standard time. Actual set hours between during that time frame can be discussed however it must be the same set consistent 4 hour time block each day.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Invoicing: Reviewing and understanding supplier invoices, using info from those invoices to input into internal form submission which process formal client invoice on agency letterhead. Involves accounting calculations and verification.
Database Management: Inputting client biographical, financial and passport info consistently and accurately, adding client relationships, entering sales information and payment information. You must have an understanding of why the database must be correct and consistent at all times. Inaccurate entries are not acceptable. Preferred experience in TravelJoy.
Customer Support: Assisting with customer inquiries and providing support as needed. This may involve phoning,

Client Payments: Solid understanding PCI compliance and security.
Calendars and Scheduling: Maintaining schedules to keep track of final payment and trip deadlines. Ensuring CEO’s calendar up to date to accurately reflect Calendly availability for meeting requests by clients and others.
Excel Spreadsheets: Inputting and manipulation of data for quotes, rooming lists and pricing for groups. Ability to toggle back and forth between screens and programs.
