About the Brand:
PawzTees is a U.S.-based ecommerce brand for cat lovers, focused on organic Pinterest growth and affiliate monetization. We use structured systems, clear SOPs, and value consistency over speed.

Role Objective
Publish and optimize 30 Pinterest pins per week, ---------- content for Facebook and Instagram, and follow a proven content system designed for long-term traffic and revenue.

Responsibilities:
Pinterest (Primary – 75%)
Create and publish 30 pins per week


Follow provided SOPs for:
Pin titles
Descriptions
Keywords & tags
Board placement

Pin mix includes:
PawzTees product pins
PawzTees lifestyle pins
Cat-related affiliate pins

Ensure:
Daily posting consistency
Correct links and boards
Clean, on-brand execution

Social Media Repurposing (Secondary – 25%)
Repurpose Pinterest pins for:

Facebook
Instagram

Use caption templates provided
Schedule posts using provided tools

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Prior Pinterest experience (personal or client account)

Understanding of:
Keywords
Board intent
Pin titles vs descriptions
Strong attention to detail
Reliable daily execution
Comfortable working with affiliate links
Able to follow SOPs exactly

Nice to Have:
Ecommerce or Shopify experience
Canva experience
Affiliate marketing familiarity

Compensation:
$7–$9 per hour (based on experience)

Performance-based expansion opportunity
