This role requires a confident, skilled video editor who understands fight pacing, emotion, and intensity, and can consistently turn raw clips into clean, high-energy short-form edits with minimal direction.

What You’ll Be Editing:
- MMA & boxing fight highlights
- Short-form content for:
- Instagram Reels
- TikTok
- YouTube Shorts

Content style:
- Aggressive
- Clean
- High-energy
- No gimmicks, no over-editing

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Editing 10–45 second short-form videos
- Creating strong hooks in the first 1–2 seconds
- Clean cuts synced to strikes, takedowns, finishes
- On-screen text that enhances impact (not clutter)
- Music choice that matches fight intensity:
- Delivering edits on time, every day

Non-Negotiables:
- Have proven short-form editing experience
- Be fluent in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut
- Understand fight pacing and fight emotion
- Follow instructions precisely
- Communicate clearly and professionally

If your edits feel slow, generic, or soft — this will not be a fit.

Bonus (Not Required, But Valued):
- Previous experience editing fight, sports, or combat content
- Familiarity with viral reel formats
- Ability to replicate a style after 1–2 examples
- Minimal revisions needed

Output Expectations:
- Minimum of 2 high-quality videos per day
- Fast turnaround
