JOB OVERVIEW

Tech-Savvy Growth, Marketing & Operations Assistant
Full-Time | Long-Term | Founder’s Right Hand
Brain Health Analytics™ — Elevate Performance. Transform Minds.

Why This Role Exists
Brain Health Analytics™ is a fast-growing European company on a mission to elevate human performance and mental clarity worldwide.

We work with high-performing entrepreneurs, executives, and organizations who want real transformation, not surface-level productivity hacks.

This is a rare opportunity to work directly with the Founder, a European entrepreneur with:
20+ years of sales experience
15+ years scaling international tech companies
deep expertise in leadership, systems, and human performance

You won’t just “support a business.”
You will learn how a serious international company is built, systemized, and scaled — from the inside.
If you are ambitious, structured, tech-savvy, and want a long-term career path, this role is designed for you.

About Brain Health Analytics™
We help high-performing individuals and organizations understand and transform subconscious patterns related to stress, focus, emotional balance, and leadership under pressure.

Our platform combines:
- Advanced psychological Brain Health Analytics Scan™
- Tailored video training & analytics
- Deep-dive executive coaching
- A selective international certification program for coaches and professionals

Our work is trusted by professionals from Accenture, Deloitte, and fast-growing international startups.

We value:
- Depth over hype
- Clarity over chaos
- Integrity over shortcuts

Your Role
You will start as a Tech-Savvy Growth & Operations Assistant, with a clear path toward leadership.

This is a hybrid role combining:
- operations & systems
- marketing & content execution
- direct Founder support

Over time, you can grow into a Senior Operations / Marketing Lead or Founder’s Right Hand.

Marketing & Communication Responsibilities
You will actively help scale our visibility and content:
- Write, schedule, and manage LinkedIn posts (Founder + Company)
- Support YouTube management (uploads, descriptions, structure, SEO basics)
- Repurpose long-form ideas into short-form content (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn clips)

Edit short videos (basic to intermediate level)
Maintain content calendars and consistency
Track performance and results in Google Sheets / Notion

Collaborate with designers, editors, and coaches

You do not need to be a “strategist” — but you must understand good content and execution.

Operations & Systems Responsibilities
You will help keep the company structured and scalable:

Manage internal tools:

ClickUp
Kajabi
Calendly
CRM systems
Google Sheets / Notion

Create and maintain SOPs and workflows

Assist with automations (Zapier, AI tools)

Support recruitment, onboarding, and coordination

Prepare dashboards, reports, and weekly updates

Act as a calm, reliable execution layer for the Founder

Leadership Development & Growth

This role is designed for long-term growth.

You will:
- Learn directly from the Founder how to manage projects and teams
- Gradually take ownership of systems and processes
- Help train and onboard future VAs as the company scales
- Grow into Operations, Marketing, or Chief-of-Staff-type leadership

We don’t hire task-takers.
We grow leaders.
