Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Video Post-Production Manager to bridge the gap between our raw footage and the final delivery to clients. You will be the "air traffic control" for our editing department—ensuring files are where they need to be, editors know exactly what to do, and the final quality meets our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Asset Management: Receive unedited video files, organize them into cloud storage, and ensure all footage is backed up to designated devices/servers.
Workflow Distribution: Assign projects to the editing team based on capacity and specialty; manage the production calendar to ensure deadlines are met.
Creative Briefing: Relay specific visions, client remarks, and style guidelines to editors to minimize revision rounds.
Quality Control (QC): Review first and final drafts for technical accuracy (audio levels, color grading, pacing, and adherence to the brief).
Client Communication: Send finished drafts to clients for review and handle the delivery of final, high-resolution assets once approved.
File Archiving: Maintain a clean and organized folder structure on Google
Requirements & Qualifications
Organization: Expert-level file management skills.
Communication: Ability to translate abstract creative ideas into clear, actionable instructions for editors.
Technical Literacy: Familiarity with cloud storage (Drive) and project management tools (
Attention to Detail: An "eagle eye" for mistakes—you should catch a frame-glitch or a typo in a lower-third before the client does.
Bonus Points (Optional)
Graphic Design: Ability to create engaging YouTube thumbnails or social media static assets.
Technical Editing: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve to make quick "emergency" tweaks or small cuts if the main team is unavailable.
