Customer Experience Specialist (Remote / Offshore)
We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist to manage our customer support channels and deliver a great end-to-end experience for our customers.
This is a remote role suited to someone who works well independently, enjoys problem-solving, and takes ownership of customer issues.
What You’ll Do
• Manage customer enquiries via Gorgias
• Assist customers with product questions, orders, warranties, and returns
• Process orders, returns, and warranty claims using Shopify and Unleashed
• Coordinate delivery issues with courier partners
• Update FAQs, help guides, and product content based on common enquiries
• Support product and marketing teams with listings, specs, and feedback
• Suggest improvements to improve customer self-service and experience
What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years’ experience in customer service (e-commerce or retail preferred)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using support platforms and online systems
• Experience with Gorgias, Shopify, Unleashed, or Xero is a plus
