I'm hiring an Exec Assistant.

My name is Jack. I am the CEO of Haven Vacation Rentals. I've also Co-founded a cleaning company called Tendwell Cleaning Co. I'm involved in a couple more projects as well. Everything is centered around service based business and vacation rentals. I also write this newsletter that I just started.

I'm looking for someone to help me run my businesses and start some new projects. I need a partner to help me keep my head on straight and pointed in the right direction.

I'll be honest, I can't really write a "true" job description for this. I just need a few core skills and someone who is extremely adaptable.

You are detailed oriented. Because I'm not great at this.
You are really good at marketing, copywriting, content, etc...
You are great with ai, and building workflows, managing agents, etc...
You are really good at talking to people.
You get energy from solving problems and talking with teams.
You have experience in leadership and being involved in different aspects of business.
You are able to context switch when needed.
You thrive on moving quickly and changing direction when needed.
You have skills with admin/normal personal assistant stuff
