Email/SMS Marketer (Automation Management Support)

Support Building and Managing Email + SMS Flows:

(1) We have a relatively complex segmentation strategy due to the nature of our business, and we build our email and SMS automations to reflect that complexity, aiming to improve overall performance and create a more personalized experience for our customers. We need support with execution, specifically in building out emails and flow structures within Klaviyo and Postscript. Although the strategy will typically be provided, it is essential that you have a solid understanding of general email and SMS marketing to be successful in this role.

(2) You will receive outlines for each email flow, along with the flow’s specific goals. Your responsibility will be to build these flows in Klaviyo and/or Postscript in accordance with the strategy and flow objectives. This includes setting up the correct structure within Klaviyo/Postscript's flow builder and creating the corresponding emails and SMS. Please note that the creative assets will be provided to you.

(3) You will also be responsible for quality-assuring (QAing) these flows to ensure they are correctly built and ready to go live without errors. Additionally, you may help with monitoring the performance of these emails, ensuring they are functioning properly, and make necessary adjustments as needed.
