ClickCallSell works exclusively with home service businesses across the United States. We are growing our internal operations team and are hiring a Lead Generation Data Specialist to support our outbound, content, and automation teams.

What This Role Is
This is a data-focused support role, not a marketing role. Your output directly supports outbound
You will:
Build and validate lead lists
Prepare data for marketing use
Ensure accuracy, structure, and clarity
You will not:
Run ads
Manage clients
Communicate with customers
Your work enables our marketing team to move faster and perform better.
Types of Lists You’ll Build
Photographers and videographers in specific U.S. markets
Local B2B organizations (schools, hospitals, apartment complexes, property managers, HOAs, commercial facilities)
Home service business owners across defined industries and U.S. markets
Requirements
1+ year of experience building lead lists using scraping, research, or data extraction tools
Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets preferred)
Comfortable validating contact data and working with large datasets
Strong attention to detail and organization
Bonus: Familiarity with GoHighLevel or willingness to learn
Bonus: Experience with LeadScrape or similar list building tools
Tools You’ll Use
LeadScrape (or similar data tools)
GoHighLevel (CRM preparation and list imports)
Google Sheets & Google Drive
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Build lead lists based on defined criteria
Clean, validate, and organize contact data
Format lists so they are immediately usable by marketing teams
Update task progress inside
Coordinate internally with content and automation teams
Attend 1–2 internal meetings per week during U.S. business hours
