Real Estate Photo Editor

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Real Estate Photo Editor to support ongoing photo delivery for high-end residential and architectural properties. We specialize in a type of Flambient Style and require an editor who understands how to blend natural light with flash frames for a clean, high-end look. Knowledge of HDR techniques is also required in some scenarios when flash cant be used.

Compensation:
Standard Edit: $1.00 USD per output (Typical shoot: ~30 outputs)
Advanced Edits: $3.00 – $8.00 USD per output (Virtual twilight / Virtual staging)
Payment: Bi-weekly via Wise

Schedule & Turnaround
Daily Workflow: Photo sets are uploaded between 4–6 PM MST (approx. 7–9 AM PHT) via Dropbox.
Turnaround Time: Completed files should be delivered within 8 hours of receipt or no later than 7AM MST the following day.

Technical Requirements
Software: Must own and use the latest licensed versions of Adobe Lightroom Classic and Photoshop.
Technique: Expert knowledge of Flambient blending is required. You must be able to perform window pulls using various methods (Darken mode, Pen tool, or masking) based on the specific needs of the shot.
Geometry: Perfect vertical and horizontal alignment is a requirement for every image.
Retouching: Basic removal of camera reflections in mirrors/windows, blacking out screens, and adding fires are included in the base rate.
Color Accuracy: Correcting white balance and removing color casts from interior lights or outdoor "greenery" reflections.
Internet: A stable, high-speed internet connection is required

Communication Expectations
Responsiveness: Confirm receipt of photo sets when received.
Reliability: Notify the team promptly if technical issues or delays arise.
Judgment: While we have a defined workflow, we value an editor who uses professional judgment to make every home look its best.
