GoHighLevel and AI Systems Expert

We are looking for a GoHighLevel and Automation expert who can independently design, organize, and implement business systems and processes using GoHighLevel.

This role supports both our internal operations and client-facing system builds. Light project management is required to keep work organized and moving forward.

Responsibilities
• Analyze and organize business processes
• Build and structure systems inside GoHighLevel
• Set up pipelines, workflows, forms, and automations
• Translate real-world business operations into clean, usable systems
• Manage basic project timelines and task coordination
• Support process and system setup for client businesses

Requirements
• Advanced, hands-on GoHighLevel experience
• Ability to work independently without step-by-step direction
• Strong understanding of business operations and workflows
• Experience organizing systems for service-based businesses (Digital Agencies)
• Proficient with fundamental AI tools (e.g. AI assistants, automation support, workflow acceleration)
• Strong organization and communication skills
• ADVANCED written and spoken English

• Project management experience
• Experience setting up GoHighLevel for multiple businesses from scratch
• Automation or systems background (n8n, ChatGPT, etc)
