Time Commitment: Full time (8 hours/day, Monday-Friday) during New York Time Zone (8am-5pm EST)

We're seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Manager across our portfolio of 4 companies and 22+ clients. You'll assist in executing integrated campaigns that drive real conversions, helping coordinate assets, track performance, and ensure smooth campaign delivery.

Core Focus:
- Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns across social, ads, email, and newsletters focused on driving sales and qualified leads
- Assist in tracking and reporting campaign performance, focusing on meaningful metrics (revenue, qualified calls, conversions)
- Coordinate with the content team on asset delivery and campaign timelines across 1000+ monthly assets
- Help manage posting schedules, community engagement, and day-to-day marketing operations across multiple brands
- Conduct research on competitors, trends, and creative test ideas to support campaign strategy

Qualifications & Preferences:
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, or marketing operations
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Familiarity with email platforms, social media tools, scheduling software, and basic analytics
