We're looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to own the backend execution of our client campaigns. You'll be the engine that keeps campaigns running smoothly - building prospect lists, managing our tech stack, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
The role will start out part-time but will likely move to full-time as client workload increases (we are in a growth phase currently).
What You'll Actually Do Every Day
- Build & clean prospect lists based on client targeting criteria (company types, job titles, regions)
- Manage our tool stack: Import/export data across various SaaS tools, including CRM instances (Pipedrive), B2B databases (eg. Apollo), LinkedIn automation (eg. HeyReach), and
- Set up and monitor outreach sequences
- Log and categorize responses from prospects and route them appropriately
- Create & update progress reports tracking campaign metrics and outcomes
- Coordinate with our teammates (including the Founder and the Director of Client Management) on campaign strategy and provide regular updates
This role is mainly execution with a bit of creativity mixed in - we have systems and processes documented, and we need someone who can follow them precisely and keep multiple campaigns organized simultaneously. At the same time, you need to think creatively if problems arise and are open to creating/customizing workflows as needed.
You're a Great Fit If:
- You're obsessed with systems and organization - you love spreadsheets, checklists, and keeping things tidy
- You're detail-oriented - typos and data-entry errors aren’t something you’re known for
- You're comfortable with technology and can quickly learn new tools (we'll train you on ours)
- You can work independently with minimal hand-holding once trained
- You're available to work evening hours Monday-Friday (5:00 PM - 1:00 AM Philippines time) to overlap with European and North American business hours
You DON'T Need:
- Life sciences background (nice to have, but we'll teach you what you need)
- Previous sales/marketing experience (though it helps)
- Perfect English (good written communication is enough)
Ideal Background:
- Fresh graduate or less than 3 years experience (open to considering more)
- Virtual assistant, data entry, or operations role experience
- Any role where you managed multiple tasks/projects with tight deadlines
