???? About the Role

We are a growing U.S.-based credit repair company looking for a highly organized, process-driven Operations Manager to run our day-to-day operations.

This is not an assistant role.
-This role owns execution, accountability, and operational consistency.

-If you love building systems, enforcing deadlines, and making businesses run smoothly — this role is for you.

???? What You Will Own

You will be responsible for making sure work gets done on time, correctly, and without chaos.

-Daily Operations

-Manage daily workflow across onboarding, disputes, and client success

-Prioritize tasks and balance team workloads

-Ensure deadlines and SLAs are met consistently

-Process & Systems

-Enforce SOPs and improve workflows

-Identify bottlenecks and fix them

-Coordinate handoffs between departments (sales ? onboarding ? disputes ? client success)

Reporting & Accountability

-Track and report key KPIs weekly

-Hold tea ---------- mbers accountable to standards

-Escalate issues before they become problems

???? Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

-You will be measured on:

-Time to first credit deletion

-Operational backlog size

-SLA compliance percentage

-Refunds caused by delays or errors

-Google Sheets / Excel

-ClickUp / Asana / Trello

-Slack

???? Requirements

-Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Team Lead, or similar role

-Strong written and verbal English

-Reliable internet and computer

-Availability during U.S. business hours

-Credit repair experience is a plus, but not required.
