BigSeller VA (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok) – Listing + Inventory + Bulk Upload

We’re hiring a VA to manage our marketplace operations through BigSeller. This role requires someone proactive, fast, and highly accurate. You must be comfortable with bulk uploads and troubleshooting sync issues.
Tasks
Manage listings in BigSeller (SKUs, variations, attributes, images)
Bulk upload via Excel templates + fix upload errors
Category mapping and template setup for Shopee/Lazada/TikTok
Inventory sync checks and reconciliation
Handle exceptions (failed sync, missing fields, duplicates) and escalate with screenshots + proposed solution
Daily end-of-day report (done / issues / next steps)
Requirements
Proven BigSeller experience (please show evidence)
Strong Excel skills (bulk upload templates)
Experience with Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop seller centers
Detail-oriented and proactive communication
Time Tracking (Mandatory)
We use Timeproof for time tracking. Time tracked must match deliverables.
