About Me
I’m a full time content and UGC creator working with brands across TikTok, Instagram, TikTok Shop, and Amazon. I work with a dedicated video editor who handles all video production.

I’m looking for someone who can confidently manage communication, timelines, and follow-through so I can stay focused on creating content. I value self starters who can work in ambiguous environments and create systems out of chaos. I care about doing great work, but also enjoying the people I work with!

ABOUT THE ROLE
Your responsibility is to ensure that:
Brand communications (via email and sometimes calls) are handled professionally and on time
Deliverables and deadlines are clearly tracked
The editor has clear priorities and due dates
Nothing falls through the cracks
This is not primarily a creative role. However, if you do have strong editing experience, that is a major plus in situations where the editor is unavailable, needs help with revisions or feedback, or has questions.

Responsibilities
Brand Communication
Manage brand emails and follow-ups
Assist with scheduling, posting, and caption ideation at times
Communicate directly with brands via email and occasional calls
Clarify timelines, deliverables, and next steps

Project & Deadline Management
Track content deliverables and brand timelines
Proactively identify risks or delays before deadlines are missed
Assist with posting and caption ideation
Provide simple weekly status updates as requested
If familiar with editing, be open to jumping into editing projects occasionally when needed

Team Coordination
Assign due dates and priorities to the editor
Ensure deliverables are submitted on time
Keep workflows organized so content stays on schedule

Operations & Organization
Maintain organized folders, trackers, and documentation
Keep records of collaborations, deliverables, and invoices
Support improvements to systems and workflows over time

Who I’m Looking For

Must-Haves:

Excellent written and verbal English skills
Confidence communicating directly with brands
A self-starter with strong judgment who can operate independently
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Comfortable following up and enforcing deadlines
Detail-oriented and process-driven
Calm, direct communication style
Experience with tools such as Google Sheets, Google Drive, Manychat, etc.

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience supporting a content creator with ideation, organization, scheduling, and posting
Familiarity with brand partnerships
Operations, admin, or project coordination experience
Editing experience
Experience managing other tea ---------- mbers

This Role Is NOT For You If:

You are primarily looking for a video editing or creative role
You dislike follow-ups or feel uncomfortable being firm
You are comfortable using AI tools but struggle to independently think through and resolve complex, time-sensitive issues
You need constant direction or reminders
You prefer reactive work instead of proactive ownership
You prefer a slow-paced environment

Hiring Process

The hiring process includes real-world scenarios designed to evaluate judgment, prioritization, and thought process.
After the initial application, there will be a set of timely sample tasks where you may be asked to:
Respond to operational and communication scenarios
Complete a sample editing project (if you have editing experience)
Explain your reasoning and decision-making
Record a short Loom explaining how you approached a task
