Role: High Ticket Sales Closer
Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)
Base Pay: $500 USD / month
Commission: $500 USD per closed sale
Expected Closings: 5–10 per month (minimum)
Monthly Earnings Potential: $3,000–$5,500+ USD

About the Opportunity

We sell high-ticket real estate coaching and done-for-you investment programs ranging from $5,000–$20,000+.
You will be closing warm, pre-qualified leads who:

- Book calls intentionally
- Have capital
- Are actively looking to invest
- No cold calling.

Compensation (Clear & Simple)

- $500 USD/month base
- $500 USD commission per closed sale
- Average closer should close 5–10 deals/month
- Top performers can exceed this

This role favors people who outwork and outperform.

Work Expectations

Availability for US time zones (EST preferred)
High activity = more income

Performance is measured on:

- Show rate
- Close rate
- Deals closed

This is a results-based role, not hourly.

Responsibilities

- Conduct Zoom and phone sales calls
- Follow a proven sales process
- Confidently handle objections
- Ask for the sale every call

Update CRM accurately

Push yourself to hit and exceed targets

Requirements

- High-ticket closing experience
- Strong spoken English
- Confident, persuasive, and resilient
- Comfortable being measured on performance
- Reliable internet and quiet work environment
