About Us
We are a U.S.-based digital marketing agency that builds and manages websites for service businesses (primarily contractors). -We run multiple website projects at once and value clear communication, follow-through, and accountability.

This is not a passive role. You will be communicating with clients, designers, developers, and internal tea ---------- mbers daily.


Role Overview
We are looking for a Website Project Coordinator, not a strategist or decision-maker.

Your job is to:
-Understand the website scope
-Track progress
-Communicate clearly
-Push projects forward
-Surface blockers immediately

You will not be designing, writing, or developing websites — you will be coordinating the work.


Core Responsibilities
-Fully understand each website’s scope and required deliverables
-Communicate with clients via:
-Phone calls
-Text messages
-Email
(Calls are required — this is not chat-only)


Coordinate with:
-Designer
-Developer
-Content Writer
-Internal team via Slack
-Track project status and deadlines
-Follow up proactively when something is delayed
-Provide daily end-of-day status updates
-Escalate issues early (never hide problems)


Tools You Will Use
-Slack (team communication)
-GoHighLevel (calling, texting, forms)
-Google Docs / Sheets
-Project tracking templates (we provide)


What We Are Looking For (Non-Negotiable)
-Strong written and spoken English
-Comfortable making phone calls to U.S.-based clients
-Highly organized and detail-oriented
-Honest, direct communicator
-Reliable follow-through
-Comfortable being held accountable daily

If you avoid calls, struggle with clarity, or need constant reminders — this role will not be a fit.


What You Will NOT Be Responsible For
-Making strategic decisions
-Promising timelines to clients
-Managing billing or access
-Handling technical development work
-“Figuring things out” without asking questions

Your job is coordination and execution, not guessing.
